6/23/2008. We spent a wonderful week in Emerald Isle, NC with lots of family. The weather was perfect, and we enjoyed being right on the beach. Seth loved playing in the sand and even went in the water this year! Sharon wasn't as big of a fan of the water, but she did enjoy walking on the beach - getting sandy was only sometimes fun... We ate fresh sea food every night and enjoyed our time together. We already have the house reserved for next year! (115 pictures) |

6/14/2008. Air Products hosted a day at Knobel's Grove again this year, and we went with Ma and Pa for a fun-filled day. Seth has turned into a major roller coaster fan, and he went with me on the biggest coaster in the park. Sharon was big enough to ride some of the rides, and she loved them. (5 pictures) |

3/29/2008. During the spring semester, Seth turned 5, my mom and grandmother came to visit, and we lived through numerous colds. As always, there was plenty of time for play - both at home and at the park. (25 pictures) |

2/24/2008. Between being sick and all the cold, rainy weather, we've had a lot of time at home recently. Today the sun was streaming in through the living room window, and I was able to take some pictures of both kids. (18 pictures) |

1/2/2008. Today we got a flash for the camera and a macro lens. As they say, photography is all about light, and a better flash really helps! The macro lens is fun for extremely close-up shots (kids or random house-objects), and it also takes good portraits. (20 pictures) |
